In the Colin Stagg appeal, one of our private detectives was instrumental in demonstrating to the bench, exactly how the Metropolitan Police had used entirely unlawful and unscrupulous methods of entrapment to make 'the facts fit the crime' when their investigation should have caused them to look elsewhere for the culprit, at a much earlier stage.
