Our ethos | Investigation & Intelligence

Working Practices

After more than two decades of committed and successful management of thousands of cases, we are confident that our approach to our work is correct, in that our clients testify to this with the very positive feedback which we regularly receive.

Our core focus is on seeking to constantly improve upon the way that we deliver our services, by investing in people in terms of training, offering competitive rates of pay, and investing in the latest technologies.

Therefore our emphasis is on output and delivery, rather than trying to provide the cheapest possible service available; we have had many clients approach us who have been disappointed with the money they have spent on attempting to get an investigation off the ground and seeing no results because they have opted for the lowest cost service they could find, only to later realise that they wasted sometimes not inconsiderable sums in the process.

We know that clients need to see results. This means deploying resources correctly and ensuring that their reasonable expectations can be met.

Ethics

Our representatives are hand picked for their commitment to their work and 'can-do' attitude. This does not mean that any given enquiry will be conducted in any way that could be in breach of legislation, or in any kind of unlawful manner.  A truly skilled and well trained investigator has no reason to obtain information unlawfully or unethically.  To do so can mean that the information obtained may be unreliable, hearsay, and certainly un-useable as evidence.

To succeed where others fail requires tenacity, imagination and the will to do so.  We have developed ethical and lawful means of conducting our cases that provide meaningful results for our client, and a fit-for-purpose comprehensive report at the end, which can be cited in any court of law.
