Our private investigators and detectives ethos explained

Our Ethos & Frequently asked questions

Agreed ethos
By working to a company-wide agreed ethos, we can maintain the standards that we provide to our clients, and often set new ones.

Mission statement

“A good professional investigator will have a clear understanding of their clients needs and goals, and be able to plot a rational solution for them. Their reports should be comprehensive, and meaningful, and most importantly, be fit-for-purpose” Managing Director - Investigation & Intelligence

What is our ethos?
Our work is result and detail oriented, so our ethos is to provide the best possible investigation work for our clients, completed in a timely way and exactly to an agreed specification.

Is that difficult to maintain?
If an investigator allows themselves to become lost when 'finding the devil in the detail', they often fail to communicate efficiently with you, our client, and then it becomes easy to lose focus.  Investigation is an art-form in most cases, and not a science, therefore communication and clarity of thought are essential to the task.

How do we achieve this?

Teamwork, shared wisdom, tenacity, applied use of the latest technology, and a genuine will to succeed.

How do we function?
As with any good organisation, we strive to produce an outstanding service for all of our clients. We stay up-to-date on any legislation that affects the way that we work, such as Human Rights and Privacy Laws, to ensure that your investigation is carried out lawfully and with a great deal of integrity. Staff training is also a key to our consistency and success.  We are constantly adapting our methods, approach, and designing new techniques, that assist us in staying at the forefront of modern investigation.  Because we appreciate the importance of on-going training, we place significant emphasis on it, and our team convene at least once every month for skills updates and new skills seminars.

What is 'Applied use of technology'?
It is not enough to own, and be 'aware' of the very sophisticated technology that is available to the modern professional investigator. It is essential that they fully understand the correct application for specific software and hardware, in any given case.

Teamwork
We will always ensure that the most appropriately skilled investigators work on your case. They will work in unison to provide the most introspective view on the investigation as it develops, which they can then relay to their most important team member, the client.

Communication
We strive to ensure that our client has furnished us with all of the pertinent facts relating to their case, and likewise, we communicate developments to our client as their case progresses.  For a discipline specific brochure, or for more information contact us on: Telephone 020 7138 2845, or  alternatively email us at:
