Data Protection

At no time will an investigator discuss your case, identity or even confirm whether you are a client or not with any third party without your express permission to do so. The exceptions to this are: a) When we need to engage our agents and representatives b) Your case is subject to litigation in which we are named as a party c) in the unlikely event that information is lawfully required to assist a Police or prosecuting authority, or d) If you are subject to legal action against you by Investigation & Intelligence Limited, its agents or representatives for breach of contract or any legal issues arising from your instructions.

Protecting you

We will only keep client encrypted personal details on file for a maximum of 6 years, and only in such detail for accounting purposes.

All of our staff are trained to understand and act in a way that preserves the integrity of any investigation.
