Taking witness statements

Our private investigators take witness statements on almost a daily basis, they can be provided in s9 CJA format for the Crown & Magistrates' Courts or in a preferred format for the civil courts.

We fully appreciate the sensitivity of taking a statement to ensure that it contains all of the relevant information about the issue at stake, and that the subject does not feel in any way coerced; indeed that they are making the statement of their own free will, and that they have not been 'coached' in any way.

We provide witness statement services for Solicitors, in criminal or civil matters, and the service is backed up with allied reporting such as Locus Quo, including detailed photographs, measurements and sketch-plans, expert witness services such as DNA testing, computer forensic analysis and interviews conducted under caution.
